Yes. All our postcards are printed on Premium 130 lb. Gloss Cover Cardstock. Printing is full color on both sides.

We provide our Smart Targeted Mailing List with your postcards. It’s built using public data sources, such as tax roll and MLS data, to identify the most qualified homeowners in areas where transactions occur — down to the street, subdivision, or condo level — as well as similar surrounding areas.

By default, your postcards are mailed to homeowners (legal title holders). You can, however, choose to send to the property (situs) address instead, or to both. You may also upload your own mailing list by following the instructions and format requirements found in our Drag-and-Drop Postcard Editor.


To ensure accuracy and deliverability, all addresses are also CASS certified, meaning they meet the United States Postal Service guidelines. This helps reduce returned mail.

Uploaded lists must be in .csv (comma-separated values) format. Most programs — like Excel, FoxPro, and Outlook — allow you to export your list as a .csv file.


Your file should include the following column headers, in this exact order, in the first row: LastName, FirstName, SpouseName, Street, City, State, Zip. All fields are required, except “SpouseName” (spouse’s first name only).


Note: If your list combines first and last names into a single column, enter the full name in the “LastName” column.

To ensure accuracy and deliverability, all addresses are also CASS certified, meaning they meet the United States Postal Service guidelines. This helps reduce returned mail.

We automatically generate a mailing list of 250 homeowners. You can easily add or remove homeowners from the list by using the filtering options in our Drag-and-Drop Postcard Editor. The minimum mail list requirement is 100 addresses.

Yes. Our program allows you to choose other neighborhoods or streets to add to your mailing list.

If you’d like to add another agent’s photo, name and contact information to all your postcards going forward, you can do so in your RSP USA online account: Account Profile > Postcard Preferences > Specify Photo, Contact Info & Back Layout > Select Two Portrait Photos.

You’ll also need to add the other agent’s name and contact information here: Account Profile > Personal Settings.

If you’d like to add another agent’s photo, name, and contact information to your postcard while editing it, simply access the Components menu. Then, drag and drop the Contact Photo module and Contact Details module onto your postcard. You can click each module on the card to customize it. If you’re having any issues uploading the photo yourself, please email postcardadmin@rspusa.com.

NOTE: Final costs for postcard orders can also be split between agents.

Yes. Extra copies (unaddressed postcards) are available to order. The minimum order quantity is 100.

Postcards are printed and sent to the post office within two business days of your order confirmation, excluding select holidays.

We automatically mail all postcards via the U.S. Postal Service with Standard Class (Bulk/Business) Postage. which averages 10-15 business days for delivery. You may request an upgrade to First-Class Presort, which takes five to seven days, for an additional charge.


NOTE: If you wish to avoid the additional postage upgrade charge, you may order postcards at our Small size (4" x 6"). These are mailed First-Class Presort by default.

Yes. We automatically mail a copy of the postcard to your office address. If you prefer we mail it to your home address, you can make this change in your account on rspusa.com. Go to My Account > Personal Settings > Mailing Address Options. Then, check the box "Send mailings of my personal copies to this address", enter your address, and click Save (fastest method). You may also email it to us at postcardadmin@rspusa.com.

To ensure accuracy and deliverability, all addresses on your mailing list are CASS-certified, meaning they meet United States Postal Service guidelines. While this process helps reduce returned mail, it is not perfect — our CASS accuracy rate averages over 98%, so a small number of addresses may still be incorrect.


If you choose to mail with First-Class Postage, returns may also occur when there is no forwarding address on file or when a forwarding request has expired.

You can change the font style, size and color for the property description on the back of the postcard. All the other text on the postcard is automatically generated and selected for optimal readability, so that font cannot be changed.

If you don't see your headshot on the postcard, you can upload it by going to My Account > Personal Settings > Profile Photo(s) (fastest method), or you can email your photo to us at postcardadmin@rspusa.com.

The Home Value Estimate QR Code (HVE QR Code) is one of our innovative digital lead generation tools, featured free on all our applicable direct mail products. It includes a map showing the recipient’s home and recently listed or sold homes in the surrounding area. The HVE QR Code prompts homeowners to scan a unique code for their home’s estimated value — and you’re notified instantly when they do.

Once they scan the code, homeowners see an estimate of their home’s value via a custom landing page on MyHomeEst.com. Then, a qualified digital lead is created in real time, including the homeowner’s name, property address, and phone/email, as available. You’re instantly notified of the lead (and all the info) by email and text message and have the opportunity to follow up on your own or with our automated service, Fast Track Follow-Up.

If ordering non-addressed postcards, manually entering addresses into your mailing list, or uploading your own mailing list, only one code will be used for all recipients, and you will not receive a notification. In this case, recipients will be prompted to enter their address to receive an estimate.

In non-disclosure states, an estimate will not be provided. Instead, the list price trend for the county will be shown, as well as a list of similar listed or sold properties on the market. In place of the estimate will be a call-to-action prompting the homeowner to reach out to you as the Local Real Estate Specialist.

There are several ways you’ll be informed of your order status. A notification email will be sent when the postcard has been processed and mailed. Additionally, there is a link in your order confirmation email to a tracking report called Informed Visibility from the U.S. Post Office, which allows you to see the delivery status of your postcard. You can also find this information in your RSP USA online account: My Account > Order History.

Yes. In addition to our various postcard offerings, including Agent Introduction Postcards (in our Specialty Category), our Target Farming Report Campaign is an effective tool for establishing yourself as the neighborhood expert. Reports are regularly mailed to your own exclusive farms, supplying homeowners with valuable data-driven information unique to the street, subdivision or condo.

Quality control is very important to us, and we carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure it meets our production standards. RSP USA is not, however, responsible for customer-generated errors in content, margins/bleeds, or typos.

Our printers are professionally calibrated to produce the highest possible print quality. Even so, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor or home printer due to differences in screen settings, print technology, and paper absorption.

All our postcards are printed on Premium Cardstock (130 lb. Gloss Cover). At the time your order leaves our facility and goes into the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail stream, we have inspected it multiple times for quality assurance, including making sure the ink is dry. USPS relies on heavy-duty sorting machines that grip and roll millions of pieces of mail. Sometimes, this equipment can leave scuff marks or toner behind or, in rare cases, even tear or crumple the mail. Your postcards may go through several of these sorting machines on the way to your chosen recipients. First-Class mail is particularly vulnerable to this.

Most of the newer postal machines, however, automatically adjust the settings in the machine or flag irregularities if they detect that something is off. Typically, only a few postcards would go through before an issue is detected, so most of your order would likely be unmarked.

Yes, you can upload a new custom front image by following the specifications under Upload Front when editing your postcard. Uploading a custom back is not available at this time.

The amount of sales tax charged on your order depends on several factors, including:
  1. The billing or shipping address associated with your order.
  2. The type of item or service purchased.
The tax amount displayed or collected at checkout is an estimate based on the information available at the time your order is confirmed. The final tax applied to your order will be calculated using the combined state and local tax rates applicable to either the address to which the order is delivered or the location from which it is fulfilled, in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust the tax charged on your order if additional tax becomes due or if an error in the estimated tax is identified.
